Hollywood Tiny Stars was created from a genuine love of helping young children grow in confidence through movement, music, and imagination. Our aim is to give every child a positive first experience of dance and performance in a space that feels safe, supportive, and full of joy. We believe these early moments help build self-belief, creativity, and happy memories that last far beyond the class.

Our Founder
My name is Holly Penny, founder of Hollywood Performing Arts and creator of Hollywood Tiny Stars.
For over 14 years, I’ve worked with children - building confidence through structured, high-quality performing arts training. I understand how children grow, and how powerful the right environment can be.
Tiny Stars was born from something deeply personal.
As a toddler, my daughter was fiercely independent. She didn’t always follow the group or sit in the circle - she wanted to explore and learn in her own way. And as a parent, I felt the comparison… the sense that she wasn’t “doing it right.”
But there was nothing wrong.
She simply wasn’t in the right environment....
I also saw the opposite - children who were shy, overwhelmed, watching from the side. Both the bold and the cautious were being overlooked, simply because they didn’t fit the structure.
Today, my daughter is confident, focused and thriving.
She didn’t need fixing - she needed the right foundation.
That’s why I created Tiny Stars.
A carefully designed early years performing arts programme that blends imagination, movement and EYFS-aligned development - while supporting every type of child.
Children are never pressured to perform - they are gently guided.
They are not forced to conform - they are supported to grow.
Because confidence doesn’t grow through pressure.
It grows through safety, structure and belief.
And that foundation can change everything.

Founder of Jiggle Club (est. 2010), delivering dance and drama across primary schools in Dartford — teaching thousands of children from Nursery to Year 6
Founder of Hollywood Performing Arts (14 years), built from the ground up to over 300+ students aged 3–18
